Search bar is not user friendly

I don't find any search bar near the forum section even though I found one at the top of the homepage. From the usability point of view, it is a good idea to place the search bar near the forum section.

We have search system for each forum section. You can simply use that to search on a forum section at anytime. Please check the screenshot I have marked the search option/button with arrows.
