PTC sensitive to location?

I wish to comfirm if it is true that some PTC sites are sensitive to location cos i had a chat with a friend about it and he said there are ptc sites restricted but he could not mention any.

I do not know any PTC site,which has country restrictions...It would not make sense,because Tier1 country members are usually not interested very much in PTC sites,because they have sites with many surveys and offers.

I have never know that PTC sites are also restricted to location like survey sites.But even though I really can't invest my time in PTC sites.
