Best way is to know how the Admin is, right now BMF, FFU, FC are working because of good admins and not every forum.

I really have no idea how forum owners work? I sometimes wonder from where do they gather credits to share with the users and the sites ?

I think its a good way to build a forum and in that way one can earn some money and help others to earn as well

Instead of forum, I will like to start a complete website with post/task/search/upload-download etc all paid option. But it will take long work.
